Larry Ham Construction is highly greatful to be a hub for community development.

In the Fall of 2003, Larry Ham Construction finalized the Gazebo project in Downtown Main Street Lincoln. The gazebo downtown revitalization process also included railings, sidewalks, and lamp posts. This area hosts summer concerts and recreational events enjoyed by all.

In the Summer of 2004, Larry Ham Construction was very pleased to announce the Lincoln Dialysis Center completion. This fully operational health center is located next to Penobscot Valley Hospital, in the general Medical Park area, of Lincoln, Maine..

In the Spring of 2007, Larry Ham Construction held the honor of building our area's Veteran's Clinic. The Lincoln Community Based Outpatient Clinic held its official opening in July of 2007. It is located on the River Road (formerly Access Road) in Lincoln, Maine.
